"Pussycats: Every Rose has its Thorns"
As if being called Pussycats is not a glaring indication of misogyny, it's their bonus which totally establishes that fact. They have the only damage-reducing bonus (Opponent Damage -2, minimum 1) in all of Urban-Rivals. OK, so maybe I'm overreacting here, but some players would just ogle at the pretty art of the Pussycats clan and totally forget that they can be pretty dangerous too. This is "femme fatale" times bazillion.
The good thing about the Pussycats are that they can be used in un-evolved forms and they still are effective. They don't need to be fully-leveled to see their utmost potential. Their bonus alone can seal your opponents fate! This means that they make the best half-decks out of any clan because they can conserve the all important star-counts. Cards like Gwen and Wanda are famous examples of the cards that can be used as a 1-star and come out as effective.
Another thing you will notice about the Pussycats are their stats. They have one of the best power-averages among all of the clans and they have pretty awesome abilities to boot! Charlie, for instance, is a 7/8 card at full level and she has that additional damage reduction as an ability. Talk about a very dangerous character. There's also the case of Yayoi, one of the best 4-star cards in the game, and she's got a Stop Opponent Ability! Actually both Charlie and Yayoi are uncommon cards and not rare cards, so that even raises their popularity.
What best strategy does the Pussycats clan should employ?
Believe it or not, the Pussycats work best with either Damage-dealing clans like the martial artists Fang Pi Clang or the soldier La Junta OR they can be paired off with poisonous cards like Sylth from Jungo or Sheitane from Nightmare. What am I talking about? I almost forgot the Freaks clan! They're the ONLY poison-wielding clan amongst the clans. The Pussycats can also be paired off with Life-altering cards like Kenny and make a big gap because of their bonus. Pussycats is pretty famous for being a great "synergizing slan".
So their art may be a little too racy for the young ones. So their bonus might be too wussy for the more aggressive players. So their over-all effectiveness is measured by their weakest link. The bottom line is: the Pussycats have eye-popping artwork, a bonus which is unique to them and them alone, and they are always ready for any intense situations.
There's no other clan like the Cats so purr, growl and scratch off the opponents one by one.
